Seashell concept
Why seashells?

“Seashells are love letters in the sand.”

Naming the buildings after seashells reflects Livadia's close connection to the sea and its natural surroundings. Seashells are commonly found along its shores and evoke beauty, tranquility and the natural world.

The naming also celebrates Cyprus's rich maritime heritage and gives each building a distinct identity within one coherent development.
